My name is Meg and I’m from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I currently live in Toronto, Ontario and I study Fashion Communication at Ryerson University with a focus on ethics/ sustainability. I first got involved in ethical fashion when I attended an environmental magnet high school where I was able to immerse myself in environmental education and learn more about environmental leadership. I also had the opportunity to attend the UNFCCC COP23 Climate Change conference in 2017 as a youth ambassador for my high school. My goal is to educate people more on the negative environmental impacts of the fashion industry and give people the tools to consumer fashion in a more sustainable way.
