Breana is the Head of Strategy and Operations for Banana Republic, a member of the Gap Inc family of brands. She formally founded Gap Inc’s innovation center focused on the long-term development of digital, material, and manufacturing products solving some of the toughest industry sustainability challenges. As part of that, Banana Republic launched emerging business models in this space, including Style Passport, a rental option, and BR x Thrilling, a collaboration featuring vintage resale. In addition, Breana is an investor and Advisory Board member at Alante Capital, a venture capital firm focused on innovative companies that enable a resilient, sustainable future for apparel production and retail. Prior to Gap Inc, Breana worked for Walmart helping roll out their initial 2020 sustainability goals, as well as a management consultant, restructuring retail and consumer companies for growth.
