Kimberley Smith joined Everlane seven years ago and serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer, where she oversees the Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams with a focus on sustainability and compliance. Everlane is committed to producing ethically, creating less waste and making high-quality pieces that last. Smith has led the development of Everlane’s sustainable denim collection and most recently, led the development of ReNew, Everlane’s collection of outerwear and fleece made entirely from recycled water bottles, which coincided with the brand’s commitment to eliminate all virgin plastic from their supply chain by 2021. In addition, Smith built Everlane’s auditing and compliance program, ensuring fair labor practices at factories and building long term vendor partnerships.Prior to Everlane, Smith served as Senior Director of Sourcing and Production at Aritzia and VP of Product Development at James Perse. She has been in the business for over 20 years focusing across all product categories including footwear, knits, performance and accessories.
