Cynthia Dam

Sustainable Fashion Creator

Cynthia is a sustainable fashion content creator using her platforms to inspire action and change.

After quitting fast fashion in 2015, she started her YouTube channel inspiroue to advocate for conscious consumption, a net positive fashion industry, and the powerful intersectionality of fashion, environmental and social justice.

Cynthia learned the ins and outs of sustainable fashion working at EILEEN FISHER, has led her own month-long pop-up highlighting the fast fashion crisis in downtown Kitchener, and operated a curated vintage/consignment store to champion local circularity. She’s been featured in British Vogue’s ‘Future of Fashion’ series and interviewed for national television.

Known for her videos on fashion supply chains, sustainability literacy, and mindful living vlogs, she’s built a community passionate about not only supporting cool brands doing good things, but also taking action to support systemic change.

Cynthia is currently based out of Toronto. Find her on Instagram @inspiroue and on YouTube here.
