Fashion Takes Action is a Canadian non-profit that works with the global fashion system to advance sustainability, ethics and circularity.
Our Youth Education Program
For 10 years, we’ve been educating students as young as eight years old about the negative social and environmental impacts of the fashion industry as it is a great entry point for young people to learn about the broader climate issues. Fashion is a fun and relatable topic through which to learn as they get up every day and get dressed!.
My Clothes My World fosters critical thinking and inquiry-based learning, to help guide students towards hopeful solutions, empowering them to become better global citizens, and eventually more responsible consumers.
Through our workshops, the youth of today learn how to make sustainable choices that impact our collective future.

By making a donation, you will be supporting the addition of new topics and lesson plans to our existing My Clothes My World program in 2025, including a brand new unit focused on Biodiversity & Fashion.
