Jesse has been with Fair Wear since 2018, where he is committed to changing the political structures around the garment industry.  One of the aims of Fair Wear is to have a smart mix of measures that ensures decent working conditions for garment workers. As part of that mission, the organisation sees European due diligence legislation as an essential start of that smart mix.

Prior to Fair Wear, his work experience includes positions in international trade and sustainable supply chain development and labour unions.
