In 2012 one of our members approached us to share her studio space in the Distillery District. At the time we were looking for a new office, and contemplating a showroom for media and eco-conscious consumers. Our members dug the idea so we moved in and rented out racks and shelves to about 20 members and held monthly trunk shows and other events in the space. In 2014 we moved the products into our first online shop called FTA Style, which we ran for only a year before we decided that retail just wasn’t something we were set up for.
