Fair Wear works with companies to help them implement fair labor practices, and they provide labour standards for assessing and improving working conditions in the factories that produce their clothing. They address fair labour issues based on internationally recognized standards and conventions, including the Code of Labour Practices (CoLP), UN’s Declaration on Human Rights, the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD). The organization has a risk-based approach to ensure alignment with responsible supply chains in the industry and supports a worker-centric approach to drive improvement.
