Diane is the President and CEO of Retail Council of Canada (RCC) and has spent more than 39 years leading retail associations. RCC is the largest retail association in Canada representing more than 45,000 retail establishments. RCC`s membership accounts for over 70% of all retail sales in the country.

Diane has and continues to serve on several boards and advisory councils across North America such as: Canada’s Children’s Hospital Foundations, Toronto Region Board of Trade, St. Mary’s University David Sobey Centre for Retail, University of Alberta School of Retailing, Ryerson University’s School of Retail, the Federation of International Retail Associations, the World Wildlife Federation, and Covenant House Toronto.

In 2019, Diane was presented with the Star Women in Grocery award, recognizing outstanding women who demonstrated expertise, innovation and leadership in the industry.
