As Innovation Lead at H&M Foundation, and through its Global Change Awards, Erik works to transform the fashion industry through sourcing, supporting and scaling circular startups, tech and research. He also leads the Foundation alongside HKRITA in an effort to commercialize circular textile and apparel solutions.

Erik has been named Sweden’s most talented professional under 40 by Swedish business weekly Veckans Affärer and named one of Sweden’s best communicators by industry magazine Resumé. He holds a Masters in Political Science from Uppsala University and National Defense College in Sweden.
