Katina Boutis is the Director of Sustainability at Everlane where she is responsible for the environmental and social sustainability impacts across the business including product, raw materials, supply chain, and operations. She is responsible for setting and achieving the brand’s social and environmental commitments, from factory transparency to carbon reduction to removing virgin plastics and conventional cotton from product and supply chain. She also shapes Everlane’s sustainability narrative and storytelling, translating impact initiatives into engaging and transparent consumer-facing stories.
Prior to Everlane, Boutis served as the Director of Sustainability at Away and at Rogan / Loomstate. She obtained her Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and serves as an Adjunct Professor at LIM College, teaching a course in ‘Sustainability and the Future of Fashion.’
