Siena joined Textile Exchange in 2020 as a Strategy Coordinator to work closely with Managing Director La Rhea Pepper. With seven years of experience in the fashion industry that took a turn while studying fashion design at Central Saint Martins in London, Siena has since focused on applying design and systems thinking to sustainable fashion development. She has experience ranging from managing design and production for a Fairtrade Kickstarter in India to working as a researcher at The Donghia Healthier Material’s Library in New York City. With a Bachelor’s of Science from The New School specially focused on the intersection of design, business, and sustainability, Siena brings a unique blend of project management, design thinking, data analysis, and research to Textile Exchange.
