Xiaofei is R&D Chemist at EILEEN FISHER, Inc., a New York based women’s clothing brand. As a B Corp, sustainability is deeply woven into the company’s business practices and design philosophy.

Xiaofei Li joined Eileen Fisher, Inc. in 2014, she manages Eileen Fisher Inc.’s MRSL/RSL compliance program while working with suppliers to adopt safe chemistry and improve chemical management. Prior to joining Eileen Fisher, Xiaofei Li worked at Guilford Performance Textiles in various roles across chemical analysis, product development and regulatory compliance.

Xiaofei Li’s undergraduate work was in Textiles with Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology. She also holds a MSc. and Ph.D. in Polymer & Textile Chemistry from the School of Material Science and Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.
