Chloe brings over 17 years of consulting and private sector experience leading corporate sustainability teams and developing strategies for some of Canada’s most recognized brands in the consumer goods, retail, fashion, and transportation sectors.

She currently leads the Sustainable Business and ESG Advisory practice at Upswing Solutions Inc., a certified women-owned boutique consulting firm that helps companies thrive in the clean economy. In her role, Chloe serves as a senior strategist and fractional CSO advising boards of directors and C-suite executives on a wide range of ESG topics, such as the transition to net-zero, circular business models and supply chain engagement.  

Chloe has previously served as President of the board of directors for the non-profit organisation VertCité and holds a Master’s of Environment (M.Env) from Sherbrooke University and a B.A. in Environmental Studies & Political Science from McGill.
