Jeff is a Circular Economy and Fashion Industry Expert with 15 years of entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of pioneering innovators The Renewal Workshop and PACT Apparel.  Jeff currently consults with venture capital and impact funds, leading due diligence and fund strategies related to circular economy, supply chain, retail and fashion opportunities. At The Renewal Workshop he led fundraising, strategy, finance, and European expansion for the venture-backed startup as it built out the technology and processes for the renewal and resale of secondhand products for brands such as The North Face, H&M, and Tommy Hilfiger.  At PACT Apparel, he helped develop the world’s first Fair Trade factory in India and worked with rural cotton farmers to create transparent organic cotton supply chains for the brand’s design-driven apparel basics sold at Whole Foods, Nordstrom, and Urban Outfitters. He sits on the board of AI-enabled recycling technology startup Refiberd. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
