Nicki is a sustainability professional with a special love for apparel and fashion. She currently works on improving the recyclability and recoverability of food packaging in North America for PepsiCo. Previously she worked on addressing the sustainability of apparel – first at Nordstrom and then at Aritzia. She worked with internal design and sourcing teams, as well as directly with factories and mills, focusing on human rights, operational sustainability, reporting, and product sustainability. Before all of this, she got her sustainability start at Starbucks, overseeing waste and packaging, and employee engagement around sustainability. She has an undergrad in accounting from the University of Calgary and a masters in public policy from the University of Washington.

Nicki lives in Interior BC and takes full advantage of all the excellent outdoor activities nearby.
