Customer and People centric sustainability leader with a passion to demonstrate that an integrated and strong sustainability performance leads directly to positive business performance.
Proven track record of achievements and over 25 years’ international experience in Asia, Europe and North America. Recognized for developing and implementing Global Sustainability (Social and Environmental) strategies, visions and plans for global brands that successfully connects business strategies and performance demands with sustainability concepts to improve and drive positive impact on business. Experienced in building and leading global sustainability teams, network and projects across multiple competences and geographical markets.
Reporting to the COO of ISS World, a global integrated facilities management company, currently heads the Global Sustainability Function to develop and drive ISS’s Sustainability strategy to ensure that sustainability is an integral aspects of ISS’s business strategy and a clear differentiator in the market by assisting our global customers with their sustainability journey.

Responsible for a broad range of activities, including, but not limited to, ensuring alignment of Global sustainability strategy with corporate strategy, embedding our sustainability vision into our functional areas and capabilities, engaging with both internal (e.g., Sustainability Governance Committee, BOD, Procurement, Global Key Accounts etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., investors, ratings agencies, UN Global Compact etc) to advance our Sustainability performance and impact, and to convey our narrative by leading the publication of the company’s annual Sustainability reporting process working in partnership with our finance and corporate audit functions. Prior to my current role at ISS, I headed various sustainability leadership roles for large multinational fashion brands, adidas and lululemon, as well as starting off my career with IKEA, leading the strategy and implementation work.
As a former steering committee member of the UNFCCC (United Nation Fashion Industry Charter for Climate), GIZ Fabric Asia board advisor, Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals brand advisor etc, I helped advance the cases for sustainability, net zero, renewables and climate for multinational companies.
I have an International Master’s in Sustainability Science from Lund University and a Certification from Cambridge University in Net Zero. I have dedicated my career to working and progressing the sustainability agenda at a corporate level.
