Each year featured a runway show, with real people as models, who are environmental leaders in their own way, including Olivia Chow, Gill Deacon, Frances Edmonds, Tonya Surman, Nick Parker, Denise Donlon and more.
The event also featured a number of vendors selling eco friendly beauty, fashion and lifestyle products, and a silent auction rounded out the night. Any proceeds from the event was split evenly between Fashion Takes Action and Women’s Healthy Environments Network.
NOTE: For all our runway shows (Green Gala, Connect Beauty, Green Living Show) only eco friendly products were used + we always had a zero electricity policy for models’ hair. 90% of our runway events were styled by the lovely and talented Sarah Jay, and hair and makeup by the team at WORLD salon.
